DHL will send you tracking and an SMS before arrival. With the SMS you can choose how and when you prefer to get your shipment.

Outside Europe (Fedex)

FREE RETURNS IN EUROPE (excl. Switzerland)
Returns should be smooth sailing, so we’re offering one pre-paid return label to give you a hassle-free return experience.
You can return for a refund within 30 days after you receive your products. Just attach the pre-paid return label on the outside of your shipment and put the return scheme inside the package. This will cover one shipping, regardless of the number of products you are returning.

You can return for a refund within 30 days after you receive your products. After 30 days you will get a voucher instead of a refund.

In Norway, you return the package to your postal office for free with the prepaid return label (Bring/Posten)
In Sweden, you return the package to your postal office for free with the prepaid return label (PostNord)
Exception: Switzerland: Customer covers return shipping cost

We recommend shipping with tracking outside Europe.
The product you return must be unused, unwashed and in its original package with hangtags still on.
We’ll handle your return as fast as possible, and normally the return is processed within 2 working days after we receive the package in our warehouse in Denmark. The payment solution provider often uses approximately 5 days to refund money, so please allow 1-2 weeks before getting the refund back to your payment card.
